Return Policy
You may return any unworn and unwashed items within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Sale items and custom-made products are not eligible for return, unless they are faulty.
How to Return
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at infobottegamila@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. You will receive detailed instructions on how to send the products back to us. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-9 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will offer you a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
